I misunderstood your post and thought you'd meant to say "spectacular", because why would anyone need to post in a signups thread that they are going to read a game?

N, who's the next mod to go to signups? chilledtea is the next one in the queue, but it appeared that I was the first was after Dunnstral to finish my review; is it based on who enters setup review first, or who leaves it first? thanks.

When a game goes into signups, I send the highest mod in the queue (that has completed review) a pm checking to make sure they're available. In this case, I have just sent chilledtea a pm, and it's likely he will be next.
edit: just so it doesn't look like I'm deliberately ignoring MariaR, I have replied to her through pm.
