There's plenty of shit you can give a JOAT to make him of marginal utility, and given the rest of the power floating around, scum assuming my role was meh seems plausible.

... I am perfectly aware of roles that aren't investigative, but JOATs - especially ones without a protective ability - virtually always include at least one investigative ability

Even if they don't, most of the other roles you mentioned there are roleblock-worthy.

If you want to justify how your reads on both of those slots developed, sure.

bf is calling me to make dinner, so I can't do super detailed analyses. But here's the abridged versions on both reads.

Basically, my read on Pasch was town->scum->town. It started as town because he seemed generally confused, and his push on Kagami didn't make sense from a scum perspective. I felt that scum would want to keep easy shot options given the commutes we all got, so a push on a "weak" townie didn't make sense. Then it transitioned into a scumread based on my scum reading of Pie; there were interactions there that made sense from a buddy perspective. Then F-16/Kagami got under my skin, and the Pasch scumread didn't make sense with those two. After that, I was meh on Pasch, but then the interactions that started the Plum wagon made me think Plum-scum/Pasch-town. In retrospect, I should have pushed Pasch harder after the Plum flip, but the Bert derp-hammer distracted me.

Also, it's interesting Brian was the one who shifted the momentum there.

F-16 I started out meh on, then he and I got into that fight that made me scumread him. Then mastin came in, and I wanted to give her some space b/c I tend to bias towards scum reading her by default, and her early posting was middling. Then, style-wise, the writing felt more like town-mastin than scum-mastin, so I switched the read over.

This is the part I have trouble believing, because the style (or tone and attitude) were what solidified my scum read on mastin.

Also you never really mentioned mastin after you suddenly called mastin town. Neither did Brian, really, but you were more active and mastin was just never really mentioned except for a weak mention after the pieguy death but no real push.

In fact, the very post you quoted and said was town in writing style is the one that strengthened my scum read on mastin to the point of voting mastin D1.

mastin's tone always reads scummy to me, so I bias for that. Given how OTT her language was in Anything Goes, I think I overcompensated for her writing style.

Like, there are specific posts in Anything Goes that I recall thinking of that made me think mastin was town here for not being like that.

I also never really understood why you thought Bert was scum here. Derphammer->obfuscate is the closest you ever came to really explaining it when I questioned you about it, but unless you think derphammer is alignment-indicative, that should be completely null.

Also looking back over your ISO, the way you called the Pasch wagon "craptastic" in came out of nowhere.

Hammering on a claimed investigative PR like that is, like, terrible. I'm PLing that hammer b/c it's too easy for scum to do and then talk their way out of later (see, every time Reck does it ever).

You posted after Plum had claimed, responding to a post after she claimed, and didn't unvote.

Also don't really think Bert should be put in the same boat as anyone who can actually talk their way out of it, Bert is... a very special player.

Hey Bro at the time you claim your missed vig shot, you don't even spec you might have been roleblocked

@RBD Ive proved BRO scum by virtue of his claimed night actions alone, his iso is full of shit cases on townies and weak interactions and defence of scum. PLease get your stuff together and win.

Also consider I've demonstrated how absolutely godawful the Kaze lynch was, how can that shit get through with only one scum vote?

BRO wants me to respond to his case? OK it's a pos case. "slightly hedged language" "note the use of 'actually'" wtf is this ?
townBRO doesnt have any truck with this kind of semantic argument. He's scum and needs purging

Why couldn't the JOAT have performed the NKs? I assumed a 2-shot JOAT with one or both of those shots being NK-modifiers (ninja to check my track + one of role cop/role block/strongman/bus drive/redirect)
This is straw clutching. Why would a JOAT with kill mods be firing them off randomly on N2 (instead of using say a strongman to kill you).

Regardless, it doesnt forgive your claimed night actions.
