1 Merlin who knows the identity of the 3 Enemies of the Round Table.
1 Percival who knows that Morgana and Merlin are Morgana/Merlin but not which is which.

2 Enemies of the Round Table

At the end of the game the Mafia may confer on one player whom they believe to be Merlin and if they pick correctly they win even if town won the game.

Merlin must help Percival and the VTs find the scum without outing himself, Percival must deduce the real Merlin without outing them and kill the mafia, and Morgana must try to fool Percival into following her lead instead.

Scum can only confer on strategy at the very start of the game.
