It's not impossible given the disarray at that point, but if there is scum there, it was Koba. I just find the PT stuff weird from scum Koba and Titus consecutively.

there was nothing quick about the bulge wagon, it was a slow march towards inevitability because nobody cared apparently who died between lilith/bulge and that only makes sense if they r both scum.
