I would just like to state this right now: If I slip up and refer to Quagmire as Jobs, Cody, Unsan, or Unsanitary, or any varatition or combination there of, its just because of said prior knowing of him. I'm not talking about imaginary people who doesn't exist.

At first, that's what I thought, but now I'm not as sure. My current hypothesis is a "Mob" group consisting of MegaMan, Light, and someone else [Bass? Roll? Rush? I'm not sure]

MegaMan almost certainly has extra power
. If we are following the game, then perhaps as each bot dies, MM inherits that power.

Which, of course, would be a bitch for us.

I'm refraining from a vote now, wanna see how things play out.

Sorry for double post, I just realized didn't say what I wanted to concerning the "three lives" comment that Quag made: if we had to kill MM three times, after the first time we'd know who he was, but we'd have to quickly lynch him two more times. This is an unwieldy game mechanic, and Quag is too experienced to try that. It must mean something else, or be a red herring.

I don't think we have enough info to figure out why the game started earlier. Speculation at this point would probably just be a distraction in our hunt for scum.

mayb it could be one of those doctor backup tihngs. When megaman dies, another person is assigned the role of megaman. of coarse this leads to too many possibilities so the people becoming megaman probably already have roles that allow them be megaman when megaman dies.

I agree with your idea of MegaMan gaining the power of some of the evil robots that are after him after they croak.. and yes.. that would suck.

The thing that I am concerned about, however, is that this Mafia was originally titled, "Mega Man 2 Mafia".. and in Mega Man 2, neither Bass nor Rush nor Rush nor Protoman appear in the game. Who could the third Mafia member be?

Could it be like there are 3 different forms of MegaMan? Sort of like in Mario, where 1 form of Mario is tiny, another is big, and the third throws fireballs. That kinda' thing? Or maybe I'm totally off... :?

i think the question we need to ask is whether this mafia game is a sequal to an earlier megman mafia game, or if this game is about megman 2.

anyway, if this is megaman2, the game, then i'll list the robot masters.

Not necessarily totally off, but there's no indication of anything like this in the games, save that Megaman acquires the powers of any boss he beats

It could mean MegaMan Also, because there was a MegaMan mafia game before this, but I don't know if Quagmire types all shorthandy. Another thing, the first thing Quagmire posts is "Welcome to the final destination." so it might be a sequal to the other MegaMan mafia.

Yeah.. for real.. this game was progressing along really well until now..
why did everyone just quit posting? It seems as though sycko and I have

In a mini game of twelve.. are their often 4 mafia members?

Since I cannot even begin to fathom the third mafia member of the
MegaMan, Light and [blank] Mafia idea.. how about the three "number
weapons" that MegaMan uses throughout the second game? For those of
you unfamiliar.. they are three weapons dubbed numbers 1, 2 and 3,
used as platforms and such to help MegaMan jump onto high places.

Is it reasonable?

A 4 person mafia group in a mini would be a little too extreme if you ask me. I mean, if the town misses two lynches it would be game over.
