Unvote: MeMe

Vote: Orbiting

I don't understand what that fourth vote is supposed to make happen. How can MeMe respond to this?

It just seems odd to me that she hasn't posted yet. She's been on the site, but hasn't posted anything here, when it's Day 1, and most people are just throwing out the random vote. I think that's odd, and I don't think it's bad form to vote for someone who seems to be behaving oddly.

Also, I figured two to go was still pretty safe. If she'll post, I'll likely pull the vote.

Ah -- sorry then, MeMe. Didn't see other post, and you post as I'm posting that you're not posting.

Whoa, a lot of crossposting there. I meant third vote, btw. I'm not sure Orbiting deserves a third vote for that minor thing, but I'll leave it on for now. It is the scummiest move so far.

You put the third vote on someone for putting the third vote on someone. Personally, I didn't think Orbit's reason was really off base. It's good to give lurkers a reason to post.

First off, I crossposted with MeMe and thought I was putting on the second vote. Not that it matters. Looking back (as I said earlier) I think a third vote may be a bit too much, but at the moment I don't see a better suspect.

I voted for Orbiting for putting on the third vote for no reason. I agree that Orbiting's reason wouldn't have been off-base if MeMe was lurking, but MeMe wasn't lurking.

I can see where your reasoning comes from and I don't blame you for it, but I think "hypocrite" is a very strong word for this situation.

Can we get a nudge for Lain... I mean this is the third game where we've had someone go AFK in the first day without any news... if anything a "HEY ITS DAY" PM to him would be appriciated...

Okay, I'm sorry if this in bad taste, but I would much rather catch scum the first day than lynch an innocent. The following bolding is mine, with the unbolding of Meme's vote.

eople, FoS'ing me because I'm a replacement? Flapdoodle. I guess it's okay since cropcircle FoS'd himself, though.

This is gonna look weird, but I'm gonna drop a third vote: Meme here. Let's see what happens.
I am Haku, and I am a cop. I would not have placed a third vote on Meme had not our paranoid cop died last night, but since I highly doubt we have two cops who get incorrect investigations, as I investigated Meme last night, from what I understand, she is scum. I was hoping I would get my vote in before others so I wouldn't look like I was randomly jumping on a bandwagon, but 'twas not to be. I would highly suggest keeping the pressure on her at this point.
"Logic? I call that flapdoodle."

Well, I'm not sure that was the best time, but it's hard to complain about hitting scum day 1. I'll hold off on voting for now as to not rush lynch.

I vote, I unvote, the cop comes out and fingers the person I voted for... Sheesh.

I'm of a mind to buy it. Two paranoid cops in a mini would just be cruel. I suppose he could be scum and rolefaking, but that's a pretty risky way to go about it, if you ask me. One way to know, I suppose.

Re-vote: MeMe

I think it's good to come out with info instead of leaving cryptic messages. There are just too many risks attached.

I think it's pretty straightforward now.

Unvote: Orbiting

Vote: MeMe

I'd like to hear MeMe's reaction before we go to a lynch, obviously.

Also, can anyone think of a reason why Haku wouldn't be a sane cop?

MeMe, I don't really understand your reaction. Why would petroleumjelly fake a cop claim day 1?

Could you explain the reasoning behind your vote?

Meep? Less than 24 hours and a cop's already out with a guilty result? Jeez. *ponders the possible reasoning behind that and awaits a votecount*

I think MeMe is at three votes. I believe Petroleum Jelly is cop, as this would be sort of a weird gambit for scum to take.

Yeah, I guess it would be rather weird for scum to come out and do that, since about the only hope they'd have of not getting lynched the next day would be convincing us they were actually insane or something. And I must remember this is not a newbie game, for a moment I thought MeMe was already lynched at four votes. >_>;
