The concept seems so fun, but why no hydrae? Im in too many games to be alone.

If I'm reading things right, that makes AP Venmar the Orange Iguanas and fills up the game , but I'll wait for Equinox to make things official. I gave hasdghsdjalkj heads-up that sign-ups were in pairs, but I don't know if that got relayed to Equinox.

EDIT: Why no hydrae? Two reasons.

First of all, every player ALREADY gets to talk with another person whenever they want; no reason to get greedy.

Secondly, hydrae are an abomination to the game of Mafia. Heads of a hydra can coach each other, which adds an unnecessary element of the game, and it's a lot harder for other players to call out a hydra on having inconsistent opinions or making crappy arguments when they can handwave away scummy behavior by saying "Oh, well, that was just the other head."

Maybe it's fun to be part of one; I wouldn't know. It's not fun to play against them, though, and I hate how they've become an everyday thing here instead of an occasional special thing.
