As for Natirasha, please shut up. There is very little gain in talking about such things in the open, as no one will be able to give you further info about how to use that ability, and there is nothing Town to be gained in learning if it's game-wide. Go read recent Vi games if you want to etc.

I don't see scum, having such an ability, look to seek out another that does. It's an attempt to gain a foothold into the mechanics, and scum, being scum, generally already have one.

Do you know if he has played in any Vi games where the same text could have appeared?

If he has played a Vi game, and was Town with an unknown ability, he could be faking his entrance to fool you into thinking he's Town. Something to consider, bork.
