Sauron save me! HELP!!!!!!!
Part of Unofficial Tally amongst the townsfolk
TheEyeOfMordor=3:Lloyd,MoS and Alexander

No wait a minute......
You are only puny Orc worker scum with some evil elves mixed amongst you.
High Commander Kavilurz calls in rebellion squasher squadron.....
They come and beat helpless Orcs into submission with clubs and shields.
The High Commander says
"Back to work!"

PS:I have decided to stop this unceasing revolt against my majesty. I ask people to unvote now. Although you rebels and traitors may think that you rule the town it is actually a lie set up most carefully. There is only one persons vote who really counts at the end and it is MINE. I will almost always follow the will of the townspeople for executing people but in this extreme example I prefer my own life.

I don't think this idea will work, and I think it's misleading to suggest it.

there was nothing misleading in the idea. It was definitely worth checking out until the mod did something in response. We had to know what was possible.

I didn't see any harm in voting the mod and at worst, all we got was an angry commander who's more willing to whip us.

From the Vacation/ Limited Access thread:
SpamWise wrote:I'll be away from this coming Tuesday 17th until Wednesday 25th next week. (Pacific time). So I will probably need replacing, especially iny my games where I have an important role.
Given the pace of this game thus far, I think we can wait until SpamWise return.

Norinel wrote:You're seriously proposing a very anticonventional course of action, on Day 1, based on something someone said in their bah post?
This is a theme game, so I don't see anything wrong in suspecting the moderator as a potential serial killer.

---
ubertimmy wrote:I don't think this idea will work, and I think it's misleading to suggest it. Vote: Lloyd
I would rather vote for the moderator early on, then wait until end of the game to lynch a serial killer moderator.

In DP13 Bad Luck Mafia, the serial killer moderator wasn't lynched until post 599.

Why not wait until there's actually evidence for it (As there was in the DP game), instead of potentially wasting a lynch in hopes that the mod stole an idea from DP?

But I think a big chunk of the intent behind this whole proposal was to gauge reactions, and I find Alexander's the most interesting.

No, I beg to differ. I find YOURS the most interesting. This is what you initially wrote:
Norinel wrote:You're seriously proposing a very anticonventional course of action, on Day 1, based on something someone said in their bah post?

vote: Lloyd
First you attempt to paint Lloyd's move anti-town, and vote for him. Later, ubertimmy follows suit, using almost the exact same wording as you. When I called you (and ubertimmy) on it in post 32, you non-challantly change course and say, "oh, of course, Lloyd's idea was just a tool to gather reactions,
I knew that all along.
"

I'm pretty sure both Norinel and ubertimmy are scum.

I did not see lloyd's suggestion as a potentially harmful move for town. It's day one and any ideas to move the game along will certainly help us.

1. Earlier, I thought you might have a post restriction in this game because you only post quotes.
2. Yes.

The part in italics appears in what comics writers call a "thought bubble". Obviously he didn't say it, but it was my interpretation that he wanted to convey this impression.
