It's interesting because you seem at least somewhat certain that was a faked towntell.

I hate the RVS since it is usually meaningless ,,,, that is to say that there is not a lot of useful info is generated and scum slips are rare.

Well, the point of it is really more to start the game relatively quickly in a way that could potentially be analyzed at a later date than to actually catch Scum.

One thing I see sometimes from new scum is that they try too hard to look town. This normally means that they insert the "fact" that they're town in everything they say. "Hey, I'm town. I don't get why you're voting me, I'm town. How would a townie like me know that? Did I mention I'm town?" Town generally don't blatantly advertise the fact that they're town. They're too busy trying to catch scum. Town (The player not the group. This could get confusing...) is being too blatant by putting him being town in every single post he types. It's incredibly fake, and it pinged my scumdar immediately.

That's the original quote we were talking about. So discounting conversation that stemmed from that comment, it was the only place I called myself town (or even specifically hinted that I was town) this game.

you made the argument that I was calling myself town in most of my posts so far this game and implied that I was scummy via the "medium-sized" tell. that was in post 41. lets look at my posts before that point and ask ourselves where I called myself town.
