@tw, if i didn't get an action from a pr do you think i should remind them? or just let it be?

I swing towards not reminding them personally. It's kinda like.. I know that games are balanced around PRs being used by both factions each night, but a PR failing to submit an action is a possibility and acting against that possibility can present as biased if that makes sense. If there's night action submission reminders they should probably be universal.
