No it should not be posted until game start not that it makes a difference.
2019 stats: Town WR 76.7%, overall WR 81.667%, 1 scum defeat involving a major mod error in lylo vs 8 scum wins.

The setup was designed with daytalk in mind

You can either announce or not announce it as you prefer.
