As an expert in newbie quotes myself, it doesn’t quite match up with the “Hi guys analysis”
?? I’m not sure what you meant by this.In post 25, Saladman27 wrote:As an expert in newbie quotes myself, it doesn’t quite match up with the “Hi guys analysis”
Yes, after the vote, the day ends and the person voted dies. Then night happens and people who have night roles can do their shenanigans. All vanilla townies just get to go to sleep until the night is over. Once night is over, the night action happens and then new day starts. We then take the actions of the previous day(s) (who voted for who, who argued with who, etc) and try to figure out who is who.In post 29, Chibiie wrote:So let me understand, after all this voting, we get the results, but what's next phase?
I know Mafia, is that I do not know what time are we on right now...AaronFrost wrote:Most games on here start off with RVS which is where we all randomly vote someone for bullshit reasons.
It helps to promote discussion and get us talking. Eventually someone is bound to say something scummy or do something to get us out of RVS.
The long deadline is there to account for real life circumstances such as work/school/etc.
Yup. Its to keep the game balanced and ensure that everyone gets to play. Also so the randomness factor is minimized and scum dont get lucky/unlucky kills. In post 32, Chibiie wrote:I know Mafia, is that I do not know what time are we on right now...AaronFrost wrote:Most games on here start off with RVS which is where we all randomly vote someone for bullshit reasons.

Still Day 1, not Night 1, right? I guess the thread name will change when Night 1 comes and stuff.
I have no desire for teacher to claim unless he needs to, but I have 0 alignment reads so far, so I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum.In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? Do you intend on lynching him today?
This is a terrible response to L-1 from somebody who is on my wagon. In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? Do you intend on lynching him today?
It is even worse than this, which is illogical as heck. What does hammering me here give you? Does it create alignment reads? In post 38, Spartan117 wrote:I have no desire for teacher to claim unless he needs to, but I have 0 alignment reads so far, so I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum.In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? Never mind. Just kinda assumed everyone was on me. Sorry. In post 39, teacher wrote:This is a terrible response to L-1 from somebody who is on my wagon. In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? Do you intend on lynching him today?
So you'd rather hammer someone on page 2 and somehow hope that produces reads instead of letting your reads develop as the game progresses and deciding on a better lynch that way?In post 38, Spartan117 wrote:I have no desire for teacher to claim unless he needs to, but I have 0 alignment reads so far, so I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum.In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? I was about to say lol. It's all good.In post 41, teacher wrote:Never mind. Just kinda assumed everyone was on me. So if I say "I have 0 alignment reads so far" and follow it up by saying "I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum", where in that did I say I wanted to hammer someone page 2, are you by chance Cathy Newman in disguise? In post 42, AaronFrost wrote:So you'd rather hammer someone on page 2 and somehow hope that produces reads instead of letting your reads develop as the game progresses and deciding on a better lynch that way?In post 38, Spartan117 wrote:I have no desire for teacher to claim unless he needs to, but I have 0 alignment reads so far, so I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum.In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? Also your even though it was random, self-voting is usually seen as an anti-town move, even during RVS.
VOTE: Spartan117
Also to point out my use of the world "here" was probably not optimum, as I can see why it may sound like I'm referencing the page we are on while I was referencing the game we are in.In post 38, Spartan117 wrote:I have no desire for teacher to claim unless he needs to, but I have 0 alignment reads so far, so I have no issue with hammering anyone here provided I think they are scum.In post 37, AaronFrost wrote:Why do you want teacher to claim? 1. Nowhere, but you opened up an opportunity for a lolhammer or your partner to hammer. In post 44, Spartan117 wrote: Where in that did I say I wanted to hammer someone page 2
Additionally please tell me what is anti-town about self voting during the RVS on the first page? What does it tell you about my alignment if anything?
1. I wanted to get a reaction and I got 3, you're welcome. In post 46, Saladman27 wrote:1. Nowhere, but you opened up an opportunity for a lolhammer or your partner to hammer. In post 44, Spartan117 wrote: Where in that did I say I wanted to hammer someone page 2

2. In my last game, one player self voted in RVS and everyone jumped on that vote.
So yeah, it’s a really bad and scummy idea to L-1 this early, especially in a 9p game. VOTE: Spartan117
