lol 3 things about last game you may have forgotten:
1. I played crap, my reads were crap and town lost.
2. Cow was in the last game, and he is an auto-quickhammer sort of player.
3. I think I repped in during that game, and we already had some info to work with - here it's the start of Day 1 and wagons give the info.
I don't hate the no-elim idea in principle (I think I've discussed that elsewhere) but I'm much happier elimming Emp today.

I'm sure I'm capable of playing exactly like this as scum. Although a couple people on this playerlist have seen me as scum in a newbie recently, so they can give some meta insight.
I thought your question was trivial and just a belated attempt to deflect from attention on yourself, as opposed to something you actually wanted me to answer. But as you ask, I'll indulge it. The answer is obvious - I voted for the biggest wagon to put Enchant at -1 to see how people would react. Maybe someone quickhammers and we bag an easy scum (Like in my last newbie with Ben and Rock...notwithstanding I was the quickhammering scum in that game!). Or other interesting reactions like yours - where you were initially quite content with Enchant at -1, and then only had second thoughts later, after RLotus had indicated they wouldn't hammer.

alternatively, if you're telling the truth and really did skim my post so lightly that you missed the big bold vote, and were solely focussed on the bit where I talked about you...doesn't that seem like the behaviour of somebody a bit overly concerned with people's opinion on themselves, and not the bigger picture of who else might be scum in the game.

i unvoted for that reason. i've seen town quickhammer for two different reasons
1. they weren't paying attention to where the vote was at
2.just cos its day one and fuck it.
its just a waste of time usually letting something like that happen day 1. And i feel like while feels good to get scum day 1 we don't get to see how they interact with everyone completely, so we lose some info. its give and take

I'm fine with always policy-elimming a quickhammerer on Day 1. Yes, town can do it, but statistically scum do it more, and it's important to set the right precedent. Going into 5p with 1 scum and potentially a PR or 2 (as nobody has been forced to claim) is a good deal in my book.
