When the game was about to start the idea that scum might be concerned about confirming via PM or in-game. In that way, a scum would be likely to confirm in-game rather than via PM.

This reeks of manipulation. His posting is basically a prototypical scum skipping his way through the game, sorta popping in, asking a few questions or making a comment or two, and then going back underground. He needs some serious heat.
