I'm gonna come out right now and say I disagree with anyone proposing a policy lynch on esquire for hammering, as had he not hammered, I would have right before day's end. I do wish he had waited the extra few hours, yes, but shit happens.
That said, I do wonder what exactly Jebus' claim that Laz and Ms. M are scum was based upon. I'm gonna go back and play a bit with it from that POV.

MEEHHHH, scumbag scum.
That's why I was confused that some strongly saw me as scum, but yeah; place to improve. That's what the game's all about, wrong accusations and detective work.
May be the odds be ever in your favour, villagers.

Regarding Jebus's theory of Marangal/Laz scum, I ISO'd both players specifically for interactions between the two.
Ms. Marangal first:
Post 32 interacts with laz by asking about past game and vote reasoning, no scum motive there
Post 186, calls laz null read but thinks scum is one of (laz, squire, richard)
Post 213, laz goes from null possible scum to leans town/strong town
Now for Laz:
Post 55 calls Marangal town but wants to see more game discussion, says read is not concrete
Post 139 votes alongside Marangal for klazam
Post 192 announces support of MM's klazam case. Also finds shadi town.
Post 249 has klazam as town now, marangal is town
So really, I can see kinda what Jebus was thinking, but I don't agree with him. If there's scum in these two, it's only one of them IMO. I just can't see a laz-marangal scumteam.
I do wish to ask Laz what changed her read of Klazam after the flip, though.
Also, Marangal, why did laz go from possible scum to town?

Wait laz I just assumed you're female based upon your speaking style. I see you're male. I'm sorry about that. Replace "she" with "he" above as needed.

Let's force some activity here folks.
Richard, you're a scum read. Speak up.
VOTE: richard

what makes him a scum read?

Inactivity, and lots of Info over Analysis. Also, lack of content in posts so far. It's more a pressure vote than a solid vote so far, but gotta start somewhere Klazzie.

sounds good to me.
Waiting on laz/MM replies, then I'll decide whether to sheep you or not.

If it hadn't been you it woulda been me. So don't feel too bad. You really should have given him the extra few hours until deadline tho.

Yeah, I probably should have. I had said that I was going to hammer though and was already hours late with it. It looked like we might miss the deadline and I REALLY didn't want to hit a no-lynch. By the looks of things, Jebus' post was after the deadline anyways, and where I come from the deadlines are a very hard and firm thing. Even if the mod isn't there to say shut up, they ignore anything posted after the deadline and pretend it didn't happen.
.
Night 1 begins now. Deadline for Night 1 Actions is in (expired on 2013-05-14 04:09:00).
I bet we've got one on the wagon, one off. Between Marangal and Richard, I like Richard for scum. That pressure vote might just stick for other reasons. As for the on the wagon vote, not sure yet. Merits some investigative analysis, which I'll do later. I encourage everyone else to check the wagon and the order of votes too to draw their own conclusions. Personally it's one of Klaz/Laz/Esquire....(Shadi flipped town, Scum is unlikely to start a wagon and stay on it to end lynch like that, so it could be jmo but i doubt it) But the hammer is a bit bold from scum, so I'm leaning towards Laz or Klaz. None of this is a super solid read tho; so the vote stays on the one that feels super solid to me. Aka richard.

I'm flipping Klaz based on the action of the scum last night. It doesn't seem like he'd go and kill off his focus from yesterday, because that would draw undue suspicion. Also, thank you for the correction Cabd.

Never draw solid conclusions from the NK choice. It's just WIFOM. When M gets in here she can explain more, but it's a bad idea to do that.
Doesn't matter though, you all should just sheep me into richard until he drags his butt in here to be useful, and so we can get solid reads off of him.

I refused to vote for Jebus because I didn't have a scum read on him. I have stated as much and I have chosen NL over a compromise lynch in the past.
Incidentally, I find Esquire to be likely town for that hammer since town compromise lynch more then scum do, the association to the wagon is something scum would want to avoid when possible.
Flipping Klaz on the actions of last night alone isn't the smartest move. Klaz is fairly experienced, and he could have killed Shadi for WIFOM. In fact, Shadi was a WIFOM kill period. NK analysis can be useful in conjunction with other tools and it's under-rated, but it shouldn't be used on it's own.
C, between Laz and Klaz do you think is stronger

Define "stronger" because I'm not sure what you meant by that. Going to bed, will respond in the morning.

The Stronger read
it should have read "Between Laz and Klaz, who do you think is stronger"

I answered that, I swear I answered that...
it has to do with the fact that we are both seeing similar reasons for scum Klaz and, I think, he spotted them before me. Similar thought processes Usually mean same alignments. I had Laz as possible scum due to PoE though he was more null at the time, meaning I didn't really have a scum read on him but not yet having him as town made him somewhat viable.

So is Klaz still scum to you? Because to answer your question Laz pings a bit higher than klazam for me. But richard sits atop mount scummyness, so he needs to get in here.
