Consistency within what you say, consistency with how you place your vote, and the quality of what you say itself.

Are you seeing inconsistency?

Only in that your vote isn't on me right now. Going to need to reread to check, though.

Leaning Town

AS - on the basis of the claim and a town-sense from GiF's posts, assuming I've got the authorships correct. The question about my tendency to pass out town reads bothered me, because I'm pretty much infamous for it. "Unjustified" town reads in the wrong crowd has made me quite lynchable more than once.

borkjerfkin - I would make this a null-town based on post quantity but his questions have been solid and appear town-motivated

TMTOLBTWNTOF - Strongest townsense I've ever picked up from his posts. The Ascetic claim bolsters this.

Null/Town

MC RIDE - mostly on the basis of the hated townie claim.

Null & Null/Scum
(I usually make this 2 categories, but the differences are minor and the game size makes 4 categories kinda silly

ArcAngel9 - needs to start playing or be replaced

Kdub - No single post has pinged, but the contribution is low.

BROseidon - inconsistencies, oddities, possible backfilling of shaky stances

GM - I've been sitting here with my fingers hovering over the keys for about 5 minutes thinking about whether this is yet another play style mismatch-based read on her.

UNVOTE

I can't quite shake the feeling that someone in my town/null-town pile is scum.

I would say AA, MC, and TMT. I will also point out that I think MC and TMT are probably town from their claims, but that is independent of my opinion of their play so far.
In post 245, BROseidon wrote:The way GM got in ffery's way makes it look like they aren't scum together. GM was disrupting ffery's questioning of me, which would make it potentially harder for her to discern my alignment, and might throw me off and misread her. At the same time, ffery has been pretty intent on pushing me, but hasn't actually put a vote down on me. Scum pushing for a mislynch while not actually being on the lynch is fairly standard. GM being disruptive would just be disruptive town play, in that case (which happens, and threw me off my first game).

The reason why I think kdub might be scum is because of how aggressively so people turned against me after the vote. kdub has been coasting a bit without any real pressure, and when I try to apply pressure I immediately get attacked. There has to be town in there, given that ffery/AS/bork/GM all responded negatively to my attack in one way or another, but the push feels too opportunistic.
Fair enough on GM/ffery. I don't see your problem with the reaction to your vote on me though. Do you see that people attacked you not simply because you voted for me, but because your stated reasoning for that vote was extremely tenuous?

I remember getting chivvied a few times to vote (and update my reads list) in Newbie 1364. I do a fair bit of poking around in threads and looking over the results, especially on day 1.

AS I think it's time for you guys to be less cryptic. What are your reads? What was the basis for your earlier vote on me and your current vote on kdub?

also, I don't think asectic is that much of an anti-town role.

I think both of these abilities are legit, though being asectic and being hated can also be scum roles. I'm leaning MC is more likely be scum over TMT.

I am still unsure about Bro, though I do think GM is likely town, I like her reactions to what has happened so far
I can't exactly express it, but there are things that I don't like in this post

I started to like the BRO wagon. Mostly because of his self-meta-VI defense. I want to jump on it after a VC happens.

^ not entirely but i am not going trust him quickly. He is a very good manipulator. if he scum, you won't see it at all.

AA, didn't you say you were going to make a catchup post? What are your reads on others besides bork?

Since the deadline is less than 3 days away, we should be coming to a consensus soon. I would prefer a goodmorning or BRO lynch.

:/

we only have two days left on deadline?

I don't have anything against Borkie yet, though I hope that hydra'ing with him gives me a decent look into his mind. so far though, he feels town and I'm seeing a borkie similar to the micro that just finished over the Borkie in Venmars game.

I am unsure of Angel, I have him as null-scum. when she's town, I immediately get a warm feeling from her and I have yet to get that feeling. She feels strangely tame this game, I'm used to town angel omgus'ing and town angel being more erratic. I have yet to see angel's play subdued as town, though I have seen that quite a bit from her as scum.

FFery, we can't come to a consensus on you. I think you may be scum, though you contributions here are pretty good. I see a fair amount of frustration in how you respond to both me and GM, frustration I have seen from town-ffery though. I see you trying to be patient with me while I am personally (Mara) being somewhat frustrating with my play and I was kinda expecting you to come at me a little bit harder. I expected everyone to come at me a little bit harder, and the fact that people are letting us slide by with minimal content is worrisome.

as for Kdub, I think he's scum. He hasn't done anything that was his own. I feel like he is carefully trying to blend in, not draw to much attention to himself. I don't like the fact that he doesn't want to commit a opinion on us, and why he isn't trying to figure out our motivation behind our claim when he says he doesn't understand it. He's being really back-seatish with his scum-hunting.

Kdub, MC, and AA are my top suspects

You, and letters are right under them

and Bork, Bro, and GM are my town/leaning town reads

though GIF doesn't like Bro so he is a talking point for us.

Everyone who was involved in Xenoblade is reading me as scum here. This sort of confuses me.

@AS: What does GiF think about kdub?

@AS: The fact that you think your content is minimal, given some of the other players in this game, made me laugh.
About AA9: She's been like this recently, in Micro 189 she was Town and pretty disengaged. I'm not necessarily willing to say it's a towntell because I don't know whether she's like that as Scum recently as well, but it basically leaves her as Null/PoE Town for me personally.

@Kdub: I would prefer a lynch on you. Or TMTOL, but that's probably not happening.

Vote: Kdub

If it was correct when AS did it in , it'll be correct now I've gone and fixed it.
goodmorning (L-4): kdub
Bork (L-4): MC
kdub (L-3): AS, GM

Not voting: TMT, AA9, BRO, bork, fery

@AS I may be guessing wrong about which posts are yours and which are GiF's, but the posts I think are GiF's feel like town-GiF.

The one thing I have seen in the past with millers (and have experienced as a miller myself) is that people tend to play uber-aggressive town because it's kind of a liberating role in some ways. once you claim. I'm not getting that sense from either of you. Maybe because there are a 2 other claims which are more anti-town in effect.
