Guess we are going to have a talk then?In post 244, Cait Sith wrote:OKAY. You get to explain this now.
If this is a jiffy vote, then whatevs.
But if this is a Mara vote, you and I, we're going to have a talk.
Please elaborate, I am leaning town on CS.In post 253, VioleNt Saxophone wrote:Guess we are going to have a talk then?In post 244, Cait Sith wrote:OKAY. You get to explain this now.

but I'm not about to let Mala scum-up the thread and then get a town-read from me out of it

It's not immoral to have the hider claim and the tracker track him. It's called using the roles that town is given to the maximum potential so that town can win.In post 252, notscience wrote:Or
We can play the fucking game
And NOT try to make it boring and sheepy
I play to win, but morality is a part of it all too.
Ok!In post 256, notscience wrote:Mara I'm scumreading your head for not saying I'm obvtown
....... This is so not true and you know it. I was around when the last HB game started.. Did I come out and go with this plan? No, I did not. I have been known to work for the town as town. I like this plan, it works and I see no reason not to use it.In post 261, VioleNt Saxophone wrote:Ok!In post 256, notscience wrote:Mara I'm scumreading your head for not saying I'm obvtown
I don't think you're obv town yet Science, sorry
Tammy, sure I have a hydra with Mala though she is the only partner I don't have a clear record with when it comes to reading them outside of it
Though I'm pretty sure that, when she goes straight into "working for town" she is, more so that not, scum.
her first few posts are her working for town, and her stroking my own ego both of which are things that put me on edge, especially since she goes after them this early
I'm going to go with batshit insane, but what do I know!
No, I know you can read him. I have a tendency to read him later on with gut. See: Masons&Monks. In post 262, VioleNt Saxophone wrote:also!
both her and C waited for me to pull the strings RE TIP almost as if one of the two are waiting to see if we can get him mislynched this game

Oh I forgot to ask you about this. What the hell does this mean? Maybe my English skills are slipping but I've read it 10 times and still can't grasp the meaning of it.In post 253, VioleNt Saxophone wrote:

The entirety of the game is not set up up around one player. It's maximizing the use of the roles we were given. All it's going to do is give us confirmed towns or a confirmed scum. We're still going to be lynching as usual during the day, we just get to have the added benefit of using information from roles that were given to us for it.In post 258, notscience wrote:Wrong.
It makes it all the easier for town to win the game. Basing the ENTIRETY of the game around ONE player is a TERRIBLE idea.
I want both teams to be on even footing, rather than stack the sides. Stacking the sides ruins the fun.
...Breaking open setups is part of playing an open setup. If you don't like using gamestate to your advantage day 1, don't play opens. Hider should claim. In post 237, notscience wrote:Hider do not claim

CLAIM
As long as people are CAREFUL around L-1's it's fine.
But you're going for a breaking mechanism which is BS
The fact DP isn't here contesting it is bugging me
Pedit ALSO MARA IM OBVTOWN AND YOU HAVE ME AS PROBS WTF
<- actually considering not playing opens in the future without seriously thinking about the setupIn post 266, BROseidon wrote:...Breaking open setups is part of playing an open setup.
