It's not immoral to have the hider claim and the tracker track him. It's called using the roles that town is given to the maximum potential so that town can win.

NS. The setup is there. Not taking advantage of it is not "giving the scum a fair shot". There's a reason this setup has been run multiple times even though people have figured out this strategy. It's because it's not unfair. And it's not like we're going to sit here nolynching in the interim.

....... This is so not true and you know it. I was around when the last HB game started.. Did I come out and go with this plan? No, I did not. I have been known to work for the town as town. I like this plan, it works and I see no reason not to use it.

Why did it not cross your mind that she has played in this setup before and used a method that was beneficial for town. You do realize you're the one who brought up that the hider should claim, and she linked to her experience. I was going to ask about this myself and suggest it if anyone knew the way to break the game because I knew there was a way to do it.

The entirety of the game is not set up up around one player. It's maximizing the use of the roles we were given. All it's going to do is give us confirmed towns or a confirmed scum. We're still going to be lynching as usual during the day, we just get to have the added benefit of using information from roles that were given to us for it.

It's not even close to stacking the sides.
