I'm both at the same time. I'm happy to answer questions about my comprehension of the game and you can check that with past games. A big factor in what you're picking up on is in my own personal confidence in what I know and how much I perceive that I don't know. Another factor is my comfort level with the room.

Also, cdb's 130 call out of mary's 71 is odd to me. How is that anti town? the most I could get from that after rereading over and over, was a slight town tone. because it looks like she's simply wondering about the setup.

Town don't need to work out what the setup is. It doesn't help them determine what they need to do, especially not on Day 1. Town just need to hunt scum. Why would that be how you start the game as town? The priorities are all wrong.

Scum are interested in working out the setup, especially if one or more of them has a role that implies some level of specific interaction with other roles that may or may not be in the game.

As MJL rightly says, I don't know her, so hard for me to entirely agree with this, but I do think her posting so far could fit as scum who's trying out a few things to say to see if any of them make her look town, without having much of an actual contribution. I'm not super confident, but there's something stilted here that feels uncomfortable.
