it's a he.
known scum this is not. If there is a better lynch with a possibility of passage, I'll take it. And lo and behold there is.
pedit:
DGB vs Mollie heads. Feels like a failed experiment

You're a failed experiment, you crusty old beaker with its volumetric markings all rubbed off.

Do you automatically self-destruct on Day 2? It's the second time you're alluding to this.

No, this isn't an Amished tell. He is saying, "Why are you voting for me? My slot didn't even post!"
Sort of the opposite, actually. I think he's very scummy but not for this reason.

When the claimed vig whom we are town-reading repeatedly says he plans to vig us I take it at face value. I'd like for the thread to stay open long enough for Nacho to get any thoughts posted that he wants taken up on day 3.
I'd also like a chance to read and comment on RC's post once he makes it.
p-edit re Amished maybe hold off hammering and Nacho can tell you why he thinks that post actually is Amished and is vote-worthy.

That's kinda like being at L-0 all day.
I am curious as to why you are choosing not to claim under these circumstances.

Oh, dear. All these expectations! This game actually finally got really interesting and I am flying through the pages. Much faster than Matt vs Thor. Either tonight or tomorrow.

He'll never convince me that the Amished tell is anything but rubbish and should never be mentioned again in my presence.
I'm much more interested in your choice to NOT CLAIM when the VIG has marked your head with a laser. That's very intringuing. Does your team intend to roleblock or kill OGML perhaps?

Sangres, I have a very good understanding of the Amished tell (IMO), and I will never agree that is an Amished tell. I already anticipate the angle that nacho will go for with it, but even if it pings that area, it's not a clean application and is simply not lynch worthy on its own. I am still quite happy to lynch metal sonic regardless. (For the record, I am a firm believer in that tell but believe it is more often than not misapplied.)

I'm curious why no one else expressed curiosity, but I imagine you can think of both pro and anti town reasons why someone might not. After OMGL claimed vig, he demanded that several different players claim on threat of vig kill. Then he brought the focus down to just us. If we claimed, I worried he'd move on and pressure other players again and I don't particularlly want to see a whole bunch more claims forced out of town on day 2.

Make that tonight, sweet stuff.
Amished tell is rubbish. I've committed it many times as town, and will continue to do so to prove you all wrong. It's seriously the dumbest null tell to make its way into the scum tell category.
I really want to know why sangres isn't claiming when OMGL vowed to kill it. Aren't you kids curious too? Stop wasting time on Arubbished tell and concentrate on the real stuff that is happening. Like
why sangres didn't claim is content going into night to its death without a peep.

Promises without fulfillment in a reasonable timeframe tend to increase a player's scumread. I'm leaning this way very heavily.

Then you should understand why I'd like for this game day to last long enough that he can't reasonably delay his catch up post to day 3.

I don't believe that. "After OMGL claimed vig, he demanded that several different players claim on threat of vig kill." Pretty sure that's a blatant lie. Lemme iso OGML.

Indeed.
OGML DID NOT, I repeat, DID NOT demand that any player claim on threat of vig kill.

So why were you all like "RC can just post his stuff later!!!" Why not let him get his post up today?

So sangres, I don't accept that you answer my question with a gross misrep.
And you SHOULD be claiming.
Unless your scum team has a roleblocker. Then don't claim. Otherwise you're just a good little scum whining about getting caught.

Because I think he's full of it and I'm not going to want scum to try and derail a wagon while waiting on a promise that might never happen. If RC is town, he can post it tomorrow.
