As these posts were being made, I kept getting the feeling like dgb was trying to scare us off of killing them because they were softing an unambiguously powerful role compared to the other claims on the table.
So, when that turned out the be a dreaming god, which is a very ambiguous role, filled with unknown amounts of power and dice rolling and prayer, it did not feel right.
Yeah this makes it more clear. I dont know what soft DGB was talking about in an interaction with me in 1633 though

The term doesn't seem to be in use anymore, but I remember it pretty clearly. Then again, it's not like the role was ever popular. (Though I like this version of it.)

Oh I see. I was remembering GD from owners market blitz which functioned like a coroner (I think thats an apt description). That gravedigger would target a dead player and would learn what roles that player died with (because everyone flipped as vanilla and powers were purchased at auction with dogecoin). It was like a rolecop for dead players
It's entirely unproductive to continue to suspect Titus when she's going to be dying anyway; and on top of that, I think Titus's reaction was pretty damn towny. I'm sure that LLD might play this way as either alignment, but there's a non-negligible chance that she's pushing it with more confidence than she knows she'd have as town and/or trying to interfere with people who actually want to have productive discussions with Titus before she dies.

She might be playing up her confidence in Titus being scum.
She might also be deliberately trying to prevent people from having productive conversations with town-Titus before she dies.
