as someone that has been mislynched for self-voting and seen others self-vote....

if you self vote as town it comes from a place of frustration. if you self-vote as scum it's usually the hammer vote (or a setup for your team to hammer) and cut off communication.

ppl need to stop this self vote is a scum vote. its wildly dumb.

The selfvote from Vasex, if I didn't mention it, is weird. Logically speaking it's counterproductive since it's like voting an IC (assuming you're town). But mafia self-voting is also counterproductive (except when hammering self early in the day to deny town info). It's NAI because it's purely emotional.

y not? it seems to working out for him fine and as long as he's soaking up attention then we aren't hunting his buddies. He's also not being completely silent, he'll come in say something that I guess makes ppl not want to vote him. But also he could just be busy and still have been sent a scum role. don't think its crazy to assume that the wagon that was the hardest to get going was the scum one. remember Bending? was difficult to get the ndmath wagon going d1, because scum weren't gonna help push it, and it dissolved fast. No, not only am I terrible at finding scum, but everyone scumreads me in every game, no one believes my PR claims and I never survive Day 2. Even the players to whom I hint that I doc-protected them the night before (hello Prism). I am also vig bait, see Team Mafia.

I wasn't going to play mafia ever again, but when this game started, which I had signed up for when dinosaurs were still roaming the earth, I decided to just go through the motion and not care.
