This is why I asked CoF whether they were still dying tonight. If the slot is doomed to die n3 there's just ... very little sense in digging in there very much at all, one way or another.
Also that slot has said very little which just ... I mean I'd wait for the flip but just kinda seems towny, I guess? I dunno. There's not much to read either way.
This is one of the first things I'd want to look into tomorrow, though, if CoF is still alive.

Yeah, everyone keeps saying they will wait until tomorrow to see what happens. The paranoid part of me doesn't believe the claim and we will see something awful happen.
Just another thought, doesn't this role seem kinda broken if there isn't a way to save herself? She says she can buy a potion but doesn't know what it will do.

There's a bit that bothers me about the slot.
There was speculation from some (including me!) that there *must* be a way to subvert the death sentence baked into the roles somewhere, but given we've heard nothing ...?
I'm also skeptical that CoF will be dead in the morning and, well, given we've seen nothing to suggest they *should* survive, it's either scummy if they're alive (they lied) or a scummy ploy to keep them alive (scum could somehow have the "cure", and use it without claiming, to make it look like CoF lied)
But this is all conjecture and given the slot hasn't been much of a presence in the game it really does seem like all we can do is wait on that front. Frustrating.
Anyway, I guess if I'm CoF and I'm dying tonight I'm buying that potion regardless. Smoke 'em if you got 'em

Who should we try to kill tonight? I’m leaning LLD because she’s suspected somewhat, and would be good to be confirmed town if that suspicion is wrong, I mean just see how Mtn Dew mafia went. But I would be open to suggestions if there’s an alternate target that people would prefer.

I think I would balance both likelihood to be scum and how effective it would be for the to be confirmed town.
I would shoot in: Lld, Wisdom, Dunn
(The wisdom inclusion is for bells benefit, because I think he is just town here)
I feel Wisdom is leaning awfully hard into a mech clear when mech can just as easily select the opposite.
I really don't do pairings before flips. The chances of me being right on a read is so low already that why would I make it even more unlikely by pairing someone before I know if one of them is scum.
I think Wisdom's angle is weird though, yeah.
Why are we letting OTH live. There's like 2 or 3 claims on the floor that are pretty much: "Just let me live for a while and I'll be useful, I promise"
Personally i feel theyve been town all game and the claim did nothing to change that

This is close to what actually happened.
Upon re-reading CoF's ISO, I did indeed question why I had CoF as strong town, but what I said in the neighbourhood was that 1425 was an unlikely post for CoF to make if buddies with Galron, unless CoF was also scum with OTH.
[The reason for me making this comment was because I felt that CoF would be less likely to say "ugh fine Galron, but OTH is worse!" unless buddies with both of them]
