Micro 370: Gerrymander Mafia - Lynched D1, (
Scum PT)

Going to go through these this evening. The one thing that struck me was the Oka is lynched surprisingly often. 100% of the time he was town but not a PR (3/3), he was mislynched D1. (I'm not counting the doc as a PR since it was a clinic madness game and everyone is a doc).
So, maybe you should be giving him consideration based on VI-ness Ffery. I'd be interested in your thoughts on his meta.

How I said it did. I went down the list until I found a scum game - a newbie game - and got relatively excited thinking I had scum in my crosshairs as it matched pretty well to what ze was doing here - posts with a constant catch-up feel, asking questions to multiple players that didn't really go anywhere.. I described it at the time as feeling 'safe.'. Then I read a town game, and all the things I had gotten excited about finding in zir scum game were there too. I didn't get anything about buddy interactions - I was reading to ascertain Honey's alignment.
Are you ready to vote FUT?

but I do want to see the rest of F-16's catch up, particularly his thoughts on Oka meta.

Yeah, I'm comfortable lynching FUT today. I want to think through a few other things before I vote though.

@ OkaPoka, have you ever replaced into a game before (as either affiliation)? Can you provide links?

Newbie 1523 is the only one I recall.

Why is play here so different from your play there?

by OkaPoka
How so?

You haven't observed any differences in your play?

I suck here and suck there. Whats the difference?

Did you read any of the game before you replaced in?
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 1:57 pm
by OkaPoka
I have. I made a couple mini walls on my catch up. People voting me is pretty normal. I'm just want to know reasoning.

I*.
Still it's better to hear from different people, so what do you see that is different from game 1 and game 2?

by F-16_Fighting_Falcon
No, I'm talking about before you replaced in. As in, were you following the game as it hapenned? Or did you only start reading once you replaced in and got your role PM?
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 1:59 pm
by OkaPoka
I only started reading once I got my stuff.

Did you start reading sequentially or did you ISO people? Did you ISO your predecessor?
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 2:01 pm
by OkaPoka
I did iso my predecessors and honeybee, and then did a catch up to around end of day 1.
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 2:01 pm
by F-16_Fighting_Falcon
Why ISO your predecessor(s)?
Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 2:02 pm
by OkaPoka
I was interested in what they had to say and if they used my powers.

Okay. Can you explain how exactly your role works again. I know you did earlier and your predecessors did as well but I don't remember the specifics.

I know flavors of 4 players.

Something about the timing of when you read the game feels odd.
↑ OkaPoka wrote:Holy. My predecessor iso is a mess.
Is this the point at which you read your predecessor's ISO?

by OkaPoka
Yeah. I got lazy reading about halfway through the game.

And what did you read the night you replaced into the game? Did you start catching up from page one or did you read your predecessor's ISO?
