the Godfather town-told. Period. And I'll explain why. Look at his history, this is his first newbie game. Actually, his first game as a matter of fact. Also, if he was mafia, he would of gotten a PM telling him the rest of the mafia members and access to a quicktopic.

Look at the first page. All the information is in spoiler tags. A newbie would not go out of his way to press the spoiler tags and read everything in it. In fact, he would probably skim it.

Anyways, a lot of WIFOM I know but I'm taking that as a town-tell leak from the Godfather. In my next post, I'll post reads.

Firstly, "do you know" isn't quite the same as "do we know". Even if you assume he meant the latter, I agree with SAD that it doesn't have to be a towntell. Declan's previous actions still squarely put my read of that slot at 'scummy.'

Players do it differently. Some skim with quick thoughts, some read it all the way through. Most I have seen give a confirm in thread to let people know they are alive and they usually comment with How far they read or if they plan on it. All players are diffenrt. So the real question is how are you going to do it.

Semi-Experienced or "SE" is a label given to players who have completed two games on mafiascum.net. This description is only used in Newbie games, where SE players are included in games to ensure that the site's standard of play is represented in new players' first games.

Despite appearances, there is no official authority in the SE position. Since they have been on the site for a while, they can aid players who are new to the site like an IC would; but unlike ICs they are under no obligation to do so. They are simply non-Newbies who are playing a Newbie gam

paladin...You know Policy votes are frowned upon. Esp in a newbie game. We dont have enough players in case he turns out to be town.

There was game I replaced into and with 4 posts...about 40 mins real time..I was lynched...Not for what I did but for what the previous player did on that slot. I dont count as a game I completed....I was in and lynched so fast it made my head spin.
