Catchup's gonna have to wait.
I doubt I'll get past weighing-things-up mode wrt to Cabd today tbh.
True. As I kind of expect. It's about the tone of the trolling. And maybe the targets. Not the duration. And there are differences in his play once he is down to business, too.In post 277, notscience wrote:He's not particularly trolling after that opening sequence.
Matrix 6 was before I was suddenly inflicted with a streak of bad luck after breaking my 100% town win rate, and Xenologue i didnt even get to post on D1, yet i was flashwagoned and i self-hammered at the end of D2, dont remember any other games we played together. In post 249, borkjerfkin wrote:follow-up: I've played with you I think on at least two separate occasions and you were not wagoned on D1 in either of them; do you actually get lynched D1 a lot?
I didn't -- and since I didn't, that means I should be okay with voting him? Can you explain that logical leap, please? I don't follow. In post 169, Natirasha wrote:At which point did you indicate you thought Cabd wasn't scum?
Including yourself? Does your alignment affect this strategy? In post 189, SXTLHGaiden wrote:I apply the paranoia thing to everyone.
So according to this logic, because Sakura Hana is paranoid of you, that means she doesn't know your alignment, which means she's Town, right? Then why are you voting for her?In post 190, SXTLHGaiden wrote:My logic is that you only don't have to be paranoid about someone if you already know their alignment. Then you either cooperate or go for the throat.
Can't tell if this is a serious question or not...In post 224, Natirasha wrote:Why does one have to vote for who they think is scum?
Why do you seem so reluctant to vote for a Scum read? You act like this is something that you're doing begrudgingly. I don't understand why.In post 232, Natirasha wrote:And fine! If everyone wants me to vote VOTE: Cabd.
Well now I don't remember if I like Cabd or not.In post 268, notscience wrote:His point on Cabd is one of the same things that initially popped into my head.In post 267, Iso wrote:I'm actually not too sure about Nati right now. Nati you can be a part of it too because I really really liked that point about Cabd

Let's start over: I am null on Sakura at the point I made that post.
Since then, I don't particularly like her flavor of AtE this game, but her content is minimal and I don't see any inherent scum motivation in anything she's done.
The tone of this post is all wrong. It's too cautious and unnatural. In post 50, Sakura Hana wrote:I like this wagon

I agree with bork that Cabd is pretty town atm.
Subtle mudslinging despite alleged townread. In post 53, Sakura Hana wrote:^
I wonder if you have that in a notepad and ready for eveyrtime anyone asks about ffery's paranoia.
It's far too late in the game for an RVS vote at this point. In post 62, Sakura Hana wrote:Actually

You won't get away this time with a newbie card.
The scumhunting that you're doing...right?In post 66, Sakura Hana wrote:@Gaiden: Good! so drop the fluff and start scumhunting

Then why bring it up?In post 96, Sakura Hana wrote:Not really, I do have a town read on him atm, I don't like to go by paranoia just because I know he can pull all sorts of gambits and stuff, plus paranoia is annoying. In post 89, borkjerfkin wrote:hadn't really looked at her, but on a quick read a have a question for her:
@Sakura: elaborate on 72? Is that affecting your read of him this game?

What?In post 193, Sakura Hana wrote:The thing is, If i get paranoia just because people are pretty good players I'm gonna end up like in Xenologue where i can't read anything at all, I'm trying to improve here, not to go hide behind my paranoia. And yes that means I'm legitly townreading Cabd and legitly townreading Gaiden, tho I guess i need to revote him
Unvote
Vote: Gaiden
Going to try to be less flip floppy with votes this game due to that weird mechanic I guess.

Pointless banter, subtle suggestion that Gaiden is scum despite the alleged townread. In post 199, Sakura Hana wrote:Oh wait, you were scum that game, nevermind.

Do you believe I will be scummy by the end of the game?In post 279, Sakura Hana wrote:Matrix 6 was before I was suddenly inflicted with a streak of bad luck after breaking my 100% town win rate, and Xenologue i didnt even get to post on D1, yet i was flashwagoned and i self-hammered at the end of D2, dont remember any other games we played together. In post 249, borkjerfkin wrote:follow-up: I've played with you I think on at least two separate occasions and you were not wagoned on D1 in either of them; do you actually get lynched D1 a lot?
@ns: I dont OMGUS, and I don't think Iso's scummy yet, dunno what you got that idea that i OMGUS+AtE when town, if anything my Old meta was that I self-vote + AtE as either alignment.

A gambit I started back in 2008. It essentially goes "act scummy and murky as possible to excuse my weird behavior as town". I calll it the ns gambit since he (used to) utilize it a lot.In post 296, SXTLHGaiden wrote:So what is the "ns gambit"?
