i.e. the 5 comes from:

1 -- sns (scum, but counts himself as town)
1 -- cxinlee (sns knows town)
3 -- scum

Not that it matters, but usually when I'm town I get lynched Day 1 and everyone thinks I'm scum(obviously since I got lynched). As scum, I either win or I make it many days in without anyone suspecting me. I could be lying to you but I think IDK would agree if he's played with me in any of my recent games.
I don't know why I seem scummy when I'm town,(besides this game, this was just awful) I just do.

And Aegor, I still don't see what you're saying about the 5/13. Assuming three scum, are we also assuming 3 PR roles?

And RedCoyote, I won't be saying anything else, I believe I have done enough damage, but it was beneficial for my own scumhunting. Accidentally of course.

NO.

ASSUMING you are scum, your number 5 came from:

3 scum
1 cxinlee role (not scum)
1 you, who are both scum and an associative PR or w/e with cxinlee. Obviously you do not lump yourself with the scum, even though you are.

Thus the thought process I think it is possible you underwent is something like the following:
sns' mind wrote:I know there are three scum. I also know I am a PR with cxinlee. I will therefore say 5/13, since I will present myself as a town PR.
No criminal mastermind thinking necessary.

This has become very dull. May we please move on?

idk's agreement with NS in is terrible for similar reasons. Also, he questions my naked NS vote, which hardly seems worth mentioning at that point in the game.

Snarky's is both ill-founded and opportunistic. He redeemed himself in .

SC has largely been posting fluff and engaged in no real scumhunting.

Not liking cxinlee's relative silence.

tman
, say something. Otherwise I will push for your policy lynch. And I get off on policy lynches.

VOTE: NobodySpecial

SiX wagon is meh. Would not strongly oppose if it still exists when we hit deadline. idk is unimpressive. tman is absentee. SC is unacceptably going with the flow and avoiding any strong stances or even any scumhunting.

Lynchpool: {tman, NobodySpecial, SC}

Possibly additions: {SiX, idk, sns}
I admit, im starting to run low on steam

I'm fairly confident in Aegor-town. I can see RedCoyote-town, too, but I'm not betting my life on it. Still want Nobody Special dead.

Yes, I suppose I'm confusing it with idk or beast. All these kooky "scumslip" theories sound alike to me, so you'll have to forgive me. The idea that someone would seriously sit there and think that sns "carelessly" said 5/13 boggles my mind. It's quite clear he was very deliberate and purposeful when he made that comment. It was not careless, accidental or inadvertent in the least. He knew exactly what he was doing.

You're the one who insisted we drudge through this for another 3 pages. There is not an elaborate scum scheme here, nor is there a careless scumslip here. It's very difficult for me to accept that we have such different views of sns and can (supposedly) have the same alignment. This is, like, so cut and dry for me. I have to think that at least one of you, idk and beast was deliberately prolonging this nonsense to derail the thread, create more confusion and bait sns. I strongly favor beast at this point, but he's on to me because I showed my hand too early. Now he's active lurking like the scumbag he is and waiting for this to blow over.

The fact that he produced a number deliberately does not exclude the possibility that he carelessly generated that number.

Six and Aegor are my top scumreads. Six for previously discussed reasons and Aegor for not letting go of the setup spec stuff and pushing weak reads. But I'd prefer Six a lot more than Aegor.

Also, the reasons given for suspecting SNS and Cougar are pretty awful. Charizard and Aegor doesn't even give a decent reason. Nor did Snarky. Porkens admitted it was just a sheep.

These are RVS wagons at best and if we're getting close to deadline, people ought to have actual reasons for their votes.

By POE my scumpicks left are StrangerCoug, NS, Six and tman2nd. I would be happy with any lynch between these.

And my reasons for voting StrangerCoug cannot be more clear. Every move he makes is scummy. All he have done is pushing a bad wagon (beast), fencesitted, stayed under the radar, dodged accusations, and offered no substance. Perfect scumplay. You may not agree with me, it's not a big blatant scumslip that motivates my vote, it's the general scummy vibe that reeks through all of his interventions.

Yet I need to make sure.

SC: Link me to one of your town games where you played exactly like this and I might reconsider my position.

Nobody Special is the only solid scum read. While I don't like sns either, I get the feeling he's being treated as an easy lynch.

If he's been pushing the wagon so hard, how exactly has he gone under the radar? And if he's so intent on that wagon, how is he fencesitting? Your accusations seem contradictory.

I didn't say he pushed it hard. You can push a wagon by staying under the radar if it's a popular wagon. The fencesitting was after he pushed the wagon, when he said "This game is so fucked up I can't read any of you... "bouhou"".

SC: You know your games better than I do. I won't lose my time reading all your games, so help the town here, or die.

I'm not going to meta-defend myself, so start wagoning me. I make no attempt to play any differently because of my alignment.

sns explain yourself before the day ends. If you have information you have all but outed yourself already so you should just share everything you know.

No, he wasn't deliberately anti-town. You're misrepresenting me. He deliberately let loose information that he had about cxinlee and the "5/13" thing, yes, but he wasn't being deliberately anti-town in doing so. He was being ignorantly anti-town. He genuinely didn't consider it to be a big deal. He probably didn't think in terms of town knowledge/scum knowledge. He just was looking at the game through his own lens.

It's quite obvious he's town for this. What's your argument for him doing this as scum? Either you take the position of Aegor, that he did this "carelessly" and the "5/13" was accidentally typed up in, presumably. an emotional moment, or you take the position that he's a scum mastermind that thought he could get away with dropping something extremely critical (whether real or not) and then play dumb to earn "too stupid to be scum" townpoints. Either scenario is laughably absurd and completely unreasonable. You push this at your own peril, beast, because I think you're harming this town to reduce it to such nonsense. Rest assured I will be hammering that point home all day, every day until/unless you capitulate.

sns, do not explain yourself any more than you have done already. There's absolutely no reason to out more information for the scumteam, as beast would like you to do, at this juncture.

I'll also say this: If I get/have any powers tonight, I'm protecting sns and killing/blocking beast overnight. So, you know, keep that in mind, everyone.

An SC lynch isn't really bad. He's kind of... I don't know. He's giving off feign vibes to me. I don't really know what direction he's moving in. He feels all over the place. NS is always a good D1 lynch, and this game is, unfortunately for him, no exception. NS actually started off pretty good, but he's now phoning it in. Either he's scum or he's given up. In either case, he's not a player we need to keep around.

I see no other major contenders, but if SiX/Porkens/anyone else would like to join me, beast is far and away a better lynch than SC and NS combined.
