Shea games are basically must play even if large themes aren't my preference. The only reason I didn't in the the first round of signups was because I was playing an LSG or was tired from playing an LSG (I forget the exact timing). You also get really good plists to sign up.

@chara i will signup for something else for sure, if i get invited somewhere all the better
well unwnd has a large in signups he wants me in. i'm considering. if you join it that will tip the scales.

i can only play one game at a time so i'm hesitant about a second really big game.
Always happy to join a game with you, count me in anywhere, category doesn't matter i will find time

If You/MURDERCAT/Chara all joined I would be thrilled

I put a lot of effort into the setup and there's still more to come

I don't think so shea, there's a N0 as well so you don't have to worry about immediate activity

I'm interested in feedback on my rule set. I had a bunch of newish/not standard stuff in there and I'm curious to hear what people thought about it.

I forget that not everyone likes larges. I generally like them as a mod because they give me the most design space to fuck around in but maybe i should make my next game a mini.

knowing i could rep out without guilt if i wasn't having fun relaxed me and helped to keep me engaged.

pedit: ahaha, oh yeah. honestly i get a lot more tilted about that as town than as scum.

I think you were great as always and I ended up putting something specifically about toxicity in my ruleset that I made a while ago and your games were an inspiration for that.

Yeah I thought the rules were great and I agree with Chara's sentiment

I would probably steal a few ideas from them for my upcoming OP

Different wording though so I'm not a complete plagarist

Fwiw i know Titus has a lot of thoughts about my ruling on the term gaslighting and intends to make a thread about it when the game ends. I'd encourage everyone to share thoughts about that in the thread when it gets posted.

i appreciate mod intervention on these sorts of topics more than a mod seeing a behavior and just allowing it to continue with a shrug, though in this case it was more of a mild disagreement than bad behavior.

that said in a game of social manipulation i thoroughly believe one can't accuse someone else of gaslighting, considering convincing others your fake version of the truth is real is what playing scum requires.

that said i draw the line at the "anything goes as long as you win" mentality that leads both factions to purposely try and corner/manipulate each other emotionally so as to hurt them.

we all want to have fun, and we all want to win. being lied to is expected. though in this case it was multiball so no one had any way of knowing the truth about Titus's role.

it's the difference between "that isn't what happened, this is what happened", and "that isn't what happened, and you're [insert insult/questioning about other player's sanity here] for thinking that's what happened."

My POV on literally everything is even if you don't personally care about something if someone else does and asks you to stop you should probably just do that?

idk, I'm glad you said something Shea.

Yeah I don't mean to start that conversation here, just wanted to mention that there will be a thread post game for anyone who has thoughts about it.

Ruleset is great, i don't have any huge feedback on it besides the fact that i enjoyed the game and the mod presence a lot.

I am usually more on the "freedom" side regarding pronouns and wording, as long as there is no ill intent behind them and nobody is offended, but i didn't feel your interventions too strict so it's all ok. Keep it up!

Pedit: oh. Well, i had already wrote the post so xD
