unvote, FoS: TheHermit, vote: W!nt3r
His play seems like he's actively lurking and his last post wasn't really to my liking. Unfounded arguments? Everyone has posted reasons. I understand where he is coming as a double voter, but he seems to be too cautious. I would suggest FoSing the people you would vote for instead of voting for them because of your ability if you are not comfortable slapping on votes, but just because you need to be careful about your voting doesn't mean you have to hide in the shadows and only contribute when some rock hard evidence that someone is scum has been magically produced. His play, overall, seems fairly scummy to me, and more so than TheHermit's at this point.
Also, @shaft.ed: I don't really understand where you are coming from. I was (kind of) on the early W!nt3r wagon, started your wagon, all before voting TheHermit. I have started to be a little more aggressive as of late, as I have come to be more aware of the fact that if I am lynched it will be revealed that I am pro-town, if this is what you mean, but I don't really see the changer as that drastic.

So how about it, Pug? Have any thoughts on anyone else?
It's late right now but I'll do a reread of the game up so far and I'll try to post my opinions of every tomorrow or the next day.

Wow, lots of attacks since I logged on this morning.
It seems like a bunch of jumping at shadows... but I do agree that the sudden wagon on Hermit was scummy. I'll look into it more tomorrow after I get some sleep.

Pug's jump on is odd, but the flux in the wagon is also odd enough to me to not discredit my vote just yet. The pug vote there was very deflectionish of him, though I ironically do agree with both Hermit's suspicions of Alabaska (for jumping off right there and the previous reasons) and Pug (for his rediculous vote speech thing).
I'm currently debating whether having someone investigate Hermit is better then lynching him based on his role, but thats about it.

I have a super-busy weekend coming up, with a wedding to go to tomorrow and my birthday Sunday. Will try to catch up and post some content by the end of the weekend, but no promises.
And I thought Claus asking for a claim was funny.

Shit.
Posting this in all my games...
Some things got moved around, including my vacation dates.
I will be gone, with absolutely no internet access, for the
first two weeks of August
. It would probably be a good time to go ahead and try to sort me out a replacement. If you find one before I leave, that would be great, as it would avoid any big delay.
Sorry, if I'd have known about this sooner I wouldn't have even joined any games, knowing that I'd probably end up having to be replaced.

Maybe we decide who to Jail now? I really don't want to risk a randomized choice/uninformed b/c of a replacement issue.

If nobody's in the role because of a replacement issue, nothing we decide in thread will matter. If somebody replaces Megatron, they can use their own judgment. Stop fishing.

I did a reread of these player's post in isolation:
Claus: Not much to go on here because of the post restriction, but he does show some criticism of TheHermit, which I don’t disagree with.
Cyberbob: I don’t like his early post about preferring quick wagons to the random voting stage. He does make a point of differentiating between quick wagons to quick lynches but one could easily lead to the other. Also, that early in the game any wagon is likely going to be based on very little.
Twomz: Not much to comment on. He did bring up the possibility of a NL, which normally I would be against, but this game is a little different than most games.
Winter:
On preview: it seems that you, armlx, are the only one to attack my random vote of no lynch. Despite not offering a random vote yourself, or making a move to imply that you believed we were out of, or never began a random voting stage.
I actually think a random vote of no lynch is strange, I don’t think I’ve seen that before. I don’t think it’s necessarily scummy but definitely strange.

(Page 12, Day 1)
TheHermit
- 3 (Rishi, armlx, Pug89)
Megatron
- 3 (NabakovNabakovob, Cyberbob, Twomz)
Cyberbob
- 1 (shafted)
W!nt3r
- 1 (Alabaska J)
Not Voting:
(W!nt3r, Megatron, Claus, TheHermit)
With 12 alive, it is 7 votes to lynch. 6 is a no lynch.
Note: back from vacation, but have tons of RL to address, will begin finding a replacement for Megatron.

This is very weird. Care to explain why this would matter?
Also I haven't liked Pug's last couple posts or his wagon vote. the analyses are superficial and could be an attempt to look like you're scum hunting.
Pug, why did you bother rereading Claus, do you really expect a two word poster to have said anything critical by now especially in isolation?

Hi, all.
After first readthrough,
Vote: Winter
. He's using his double vote as an excuse for not scumhunting at all, and I don't like it.

Is there a specific example? I don't recall this event.

His only substantial post in the last week:
W!nt3r wrote:TheHermit wrote:[snip]
Haven't heard from Winter in a while. This concerns me.
Mod Request: Prod W!nt3r
[snip]
What about it concerns you? My role is strictly a day centric role, so me discussing what I do tonight is un-needed and
because my vote counts x2 I can't just start pointing fingers...
I'm reading everything and taking notes to keep up with who is attacking who and why.
I don't want to put out a double vote on unfounded arguments, which is all I've been seeing.
If all you see is unfounded arguments, perhaps making some founded ones would be a good idea?

Huh, I totally missed that. It's certainly odd as it's just an extra vote. It's not like he's a dayvig or something.

If push comes to shove, i would be willing to vote W!nter over TheHermit, especially if its needed for deadline reasons.

Where does No Lynch fit into your preference for D1 end results?

Pretty low, just above lynching people I believe are town.

Welcome to the game.
Nice catch, although it could be overcautious town or lurky scum catch /shrug.

That is indeed a good spot. I don't think it's worthy of a vote at this time, but it may prove useful further on down the track.
