I figured it was of your own doing, and since you were under suspicion, I thought it was a ploy for you to evade suspicion. Sorry :-( I didn't occur to me that it was an artifact of using another power.

This. I still don't see how DGB's gambits were supposed to help the town...
In this case they didn't. But they certainly made things more interesting ;)

If the scum (Katy) had fallen for it, and tried to kill me when I was "cleaning my knives" it would have been epic.

What? You just offed him when the mod as much as SAID he'd be able to talk the next day, and explain what was going on??

What was the name-claim thing supposed to do, too?

I thought he CHOSE to stay silent and avoid being lynched.

I was hoping to catch scum with the name-thing. It did pick up that Johooonoo claimed POLICEWOMAN, and Katy didn't see fit to protect him, and that was one of the reason why I voted her instead of Anon in end game.

You thought the mod just
offered
to confirm his gambit, then??

I'm glad you guessed right in the end... that's all I have to say on the subject.

No the point is Thesp knew he would not be posting the next day. He knew he was getting heat, and so he used his role as a way to avoid the heat of the day and hope things blew over by the time he woke up.

This game was fun to read. shame I couldn't be in it...

All kidding aside I really like the concept and hope another is run for my real age group and any other scummers that missed out some day
When I joined this site I was a software tester for mobile applications and the song PokerFace was not yet written by Lady Gaga
Now I test lottery and gambling software. Its funny how my life has turned out. Somewhere a Time Traveler is laughing madly
