Who did the announcing role cop check again? A50 on night 1 and Dwlee on night 2?
Seems a bit townsided? Because mafia will likely never target one of their town using the role cop (unless this is an traitor game as theorized by other players).
I feel like A50 and Dwlee are almost certainly confirmed not scum with T3 assuming the announcing role cop is with the main mafia team.

How so? Simple doctor is practically negative utility, follower + roaming doctor together is all right but they can't keep the follower alive very long, and we don't even know the scum's other roles.
