"things" can be scientists (real or imaginary), equations, formulas, theories, concepts, elements, really anything. i'd prefer it if you stuck w/ hard sciences since that's what i'm familiar with and can probably give you a role that better suits your choice, but i can read up on social science stuff (just don't make it too much of a stretch)

hydras are allowed as long as they only have 2 heads. no secret hydras. also you have to have had 2 completed on-site non-newbie games.
