Question about Pick Your Power. All players send in a number, and the mod compiles the draft order. Do players then draft one at a time in order? Or everyone submits a pick, and the mod processes down the line (ie: 2nd pick order is SOL if he happens to blind pick the same role as 1st pick order)? Separate question: Is the draft order published before and/or after the players pick their choice of roles?

Correct!

And once draft order is set, it is made public, then people make their picks accordingly (as you described in bold) to mod, then roles are distributed, then game begins.
