Just unvoted because the wagon was dead and I knew I wanted to change it, just wasn't sure where to. Honestly the Kop wagon seems like the best one, but I'm gonna hold my vote until I've got a bit more spare time to re-read stuff. Yes, I don't have infinite focus and time, I'm certain that Magna is scum, I am pretty sure Nosferatu and Nahdia_slot are scum, once I get these players finally lynched I'll think about a possible Titus SK or Titus Ircher scum team.

To answer your question (which is a courtesy you frankly don't much deserve if you are town) Titus is a tunneler, she keeps her scum-reads for ages in most of the games I've seen from her, which makes her sticking to you not very indicative of anything, she has also been inactive on the forum for a while now so I don't even know what she is thinking at the moment.

Magna just tried to claim me starting a wagon yesterday where some of the scum-reads I have today (but not yesterday) joined is scum indicative because

Magna has seemed kind of fake, and his participating in neighborhood didn't give me good vibes. He was the last one to talk, and it was near the end of the time it was open, which could be nothing, however it seemed like he did so in order to avoid one on one discussion with players. If one of the neighbors is scum, I do think its most likely him over Copper223. As far as Titus goes, she just seems very transparent here, I don't see any underhanded things with her. I mean if you can point to something that she has done that manipulative in a scum fashion, I may reconsider rereading her slot.
