I mean the oracle claim is kinda just out of the blue and why would you advertise that? It's putting a target on your back so its either some kinda gambit or he's not afraid to die as in mafia or SK (they are normally bp)

Also, the oracle claim allows him to feed potentially false info and make himself "needed" and less likely to be lynched.
