Mini Theme 2158: Cards of Destiny Mafia Game Over

my jjh scumread was just a scumread, hahaha. i didn't think the scumteam was entirely doppelgangers.
game was fun. it did feel like we had a lot of power. but Amy's target was pretty clutch, the game would have looked a lot different had she not grabbed the kill. VMP's TA as well.

it's not often that you see unexpected town deaths screw over scum quite so badly... twice.

i almost had to believe the claim because i figured it would be tested. and i knew after my N3 death Nancy would be looking for FL relaying a specific private conversation between us, so she'd be able to prove i wasn't in a topic with him. though, FL's ability to wiggle out of a bad situation can't be underestimated.

i protected Haya n1 thinking he might be the kill, and FL because i thought he was a likely kill target if town but also didn't trust him at all. between the two it was obvious that FL was the one to flip. i was trying to bait a kill n3.

credit to Fish and Haya for obvtowning so early they stayed entirely out of the PoE. also thanks to Nancy for townclearing me on D&D interactions. my goal this game was to survive long enough to die on my own and flip a scum, which i did do, even if my reads weren't too great.

i've had this exact role.

it sucked so bad.
not mechanically, it was useful. but relaying was hell. always will be. i hate being in hoods.

it was a good claim considering the shituation FL found himself in. i'm glad he kept trying to the end. i really respect that. but let him be town? i don't even know what town FL looks like.

Honestly, the only important thing with roles in theme games is that mods don't rely on the standard role names and explain how all roles work independently. I don't like making assumptions so I knew to ask what a hide action meant in the context of this game, but other people don't do that.

jjh, you probably should have hod behind us unless you of course were a weak hider, since we were in the best position to debunk FL’s role and FL would have never killee you.
