OK.. I'm totally lost, so you guys work it out.

1- I'm the Jailkeeper
2- Dunn didn't shoot Lapsa bc I Jailed HIM (Dunn).
3- I let him go with it to see if he was faking, and it looks to me that he totally believed his shit, so he may still be a vig and all, but he DID NOT SHOOT LAPSA! Period.

If Lapsa was actually jailed, then Lapsa wouldn't be dead.

Seems more likely that you were blocked if you're the jailkeeper.

All this means is SOMEONE ELSE targeted Lapsa as well, Dunn saw the death and because he targeted Lapsa he believes it was his doing.
