Let me remind you all that RGix claimed clears on Nippy & RC (Pops). I don't think he clears a scum p there in case he is lynched (and he knew there's a decent chance he got lynched today). I think the 3rd scum is hypothetically between Clem & Icon, but I'm heavily leaning Clem.

P.S. I found out NSG hates playing scum and her behavior here was more like her scum play (inactive + replace out) so yeah.
