If faction leaders can hand out multiple watching missions WHY HAVE WE NOT SET UP A CIRCLE OF WATCHERS YET? I'm saying Killa didn't give out 2 watching missions last night, he only gave out one, to me, to watch Arm. And that he didn't give you one to watch BM

So, how do you make the jump from 2 potential watcher missions to multiple ones, implying infinite? As far as I am aware each faction can only give out 4 missions.

BBM needs to clear this, is it possible for faction to send out 2 missions of the same type?

BTW Spring if you got the same mission Zone claims he did he is most likely Freelancer. Based on what I have gathered from claims and what not each faction leader sends the same mission to each sector in a night. So last night it is likely Killa seven sent the same mission to each sector so as long as you and Zone were in different sectors it is very likley you are both freelancers...

I am going to try to find people before going to Phase II, but I will not delay extra long for them.
