MMCL, I
really
like your style. You signalled it pretty clearly early on with the FOSing me with no cited reason (when there was a viable reason when I was information-fishing) and then quoting a nonsense reason back at me - were you trying to court a counter-attack? Or did I read too much into it? That's when I placed you as a baiting player, which justified pretty much everything else you did. And the latent Captain seeded claim was very nice too, although I do think the daykill was way premature.

Thanks - someone who likes the great switcheroo....eh? I always play with a bit of force and a couple of pushes - but I ain't bothered about making enemies in games. I find it either kills me off quick but the information gained from someone on the attack is usually the strongest kind.
The daykill was premature... but I took a gamble - LMLs behaviour was stretching me that one-bit too far and with only one day-kill I figured I had to use it or lose my own head.
Not a bad game - and see Were... I was good too

Hehehe... you mean Jag wasn't scum... *shock* *horror*
Now - who would've guessed that?

Heh. Having not read any of the previous Minvitationals, I think I was confused -- my role PM identified mneme/Harley Quinn as my husband, but didn't give an alignment. I assumed he was a good guy because I was. Sheesh.
Sorry, BearBear, I thought you were the only possibility left.

Orbiting: and I did all I could to encourage that. But in fact I was your -scum- husband.

That was simply phenomenal.

What? it's over? *grin* Wow, I seriously didn't like MMCL's playing. What *WAS* the secret there???

It was painfully obvious to me, after the middle of D1, that I was investigated and got a guilty result on me. It was not good.
So, I did what anyone else would do.. I applied pressure.. and, to be truthful, it's hard to sway a COP WHO HAS A GUILTY ON YOU! (cried)
WTG, everyone.

It started here:
MMCL wrote:Sorry Lee, your time is up, please come back to shore.
Now that's a SENSIBLE HOOK. You don't need a BIRDSEYE to follow this one. Come on Lee, what else can you COOK up?
This was just before the daykill. MMCL was saying he was the Captain - Captain Sensible, Captain Hook, Captain Birdseye and Captain Cook are all famous Captains (Captain Sensible was a comedy-punk British artist of the late 80s, IIRC). Then the daykill came through, with the flavour showing the Captain was responsible for the daykill. This basically confirmed MMCL as the daykiller.
No scum daykiller would
ever
kill co-scum in a situation like that. The SK was dead. Therefore, MMCL was town.

Hehe... it was my little hint - Im glad you got it Seol. I knew that I might be up for scrutiny later, and I guessed that Phoebus would flavour the captain in when the day ended quickly. Thus I figured if I indicated Captain before the role of captain was revealed it would show I was on the level and town.
For the cop to actually acknowledge it (of all people) was just pure luck.
Overall we were amazingly lucky. Jag's blocks, Seol's motivation, and me taking out the framer (the one person who could have dented Seol's results) all happened as they needed to.
I never had any intention of trying to get Jag lynched. When Seol didn't bite I turned to Jag who I knew could take anything I would throw at her to bait the scum ... LML jumped for the cookie, but for a while it became touch n go between the two... I was watching closely and at one point it looked like it may go either way so I double-checked with Phoebus that the daykill would end the day. He replied positively and then I struck to ensure Jag wasn't lynched but LML was (I did need Jag around to vote for her the next day!)
For the rest of the game - my ability already used - I just wanted to motivate people to play and act as a distraction (I was just a townie) and possible scum target (hence I sowed the seed earlier that i might be more useful than I was).
