Ok if they both tell the truth, our mafia is Don G and lord Rahl. Id like to hear from these 2, especially from Don G.

If one of these is lying, then I think it is more likely it to be Glork, since Coron counterclaimed him with only 1 vote on him. Toughts?

Well, that gives us a couple of intersting courses of action. We could try to test our claims by lynching one of us... risky, but it might be necessary. Considering I was of the mindframe that, after my claim, I'll be dead by the morning of Day Four, I had prepared myself for the likelihood of being lynched in spite of my claim. On the other hand, if we're both telling the truth, lynching me would result in two power roles going down.... we'd basically hand the game to the mafia.

Our other main option is to lynch either Don G or Rahl. Rahl is currently being modprodded, and I don't know where Don G is right now.... If Coron is the liar amongst us, then I think it's reasonably safe to say that he and one of the lurkers are *probably* our scumbuddies. If I'm the one lying, you've likely got DonG, Rahl, and warpdragon on your radars. And again, as ever cautious as I am, I'm not going to rule out the possibility that VM and/or Ryan are scum. (Wouldn't it be quite the ploy to "clear" each other through guesswork and mutual claiming, and then just coasting to victory?)

So I see three possible mafia groups right now. DG and Rahl; VM and Ryan; or myself/Coron and one of the unknowns (DG/Rahl, or possibly warpdragon).
At this point, knowing what we know, here's what I propose: Today, we lynch either Rahl or Don G. This coming night, VisMaior roleblocks the other, while Coron and I both target VM for investigation. Then, depending on what alignment our lynchee had, and depending on investigation results, we lynch either Coron/Myself, the other lynchee, or VM.
Does this sound reasonable, or is my logic completely off? I think it's a pretty legitimate plan, and off-hand I can't see anything that could go horribly wrong.... nevertheless, others' insight is always beneficial.

I'm not sure I see an extra vote as a scum role. But I suppose out-guessing the mod is a bad idea. I still think Coron is lying with his counter-claim. I don't know why he'd come out with only one vote on him and no doc. His claimed investigation of the one person who got night-killed conveniently doesn't give us any reason to analyze it. So I'll stick with my vote on Coron.

But, if there's a different plan that makes sense to weed out the scum, I'll hear it.

I'm Vladimir Lenin. I'm a persuasive speaker so I get two votes. I have another ability aswell, but I would prefer not to say what it is at the moment, unless people demand to hear it.

I still think Joseph Stalin should not be pro-town in a communist game, and definately not Pol Pot, and even If Pol Pot was pro-town and a cop then he would definately get guilty results on everyone considering he killed half the population of Cambodia for being enemies of the state.

Well, thats what communists generally do. Considering how many Stalin "purged"...

And I believe Don G for now.

Joseph Stalin was a communist only in name, his policies were more fascist than anything else.

And countries defined as capitalists have been responsible for many more massacres and genocides during the 20th century than countries defined as communists. The only difference is that psychotic communist leaders tend to kill their own population while psychotic capitalist leaders usually prefer to kill people in other countries.

Besides Joseph Stalin was the head of the Soviet Union for 30 years. If you add up the atrocities commited by the United States during a 30 year period I'm pretty sure it would beat Stalin. Atleast if you count from 1943 to 1973.

When Stalin got the A-bomb he didn't drop it on two major japanese cities packed with civilians like certain other leaders.

-----

The reason why I had to post this is that I instinctively defend anyone the US' (also known as the Evil empire) government doesn't like...

Like everyone else in "Old Europe" I have a pronounced inferiority complex towards the greatness of the land of the free and the home of the brave, but since I can't do anything about their superiority in all things, I just go around hating and being rude to yankees instead. Works like a charm :D

-----

By the way we hate the pro-american traitors of "New Europe" over here aswell. They're all evil... Evil I tell you... except for the women, we love the women. :D

Don G I dont see those things proven. You have no base to say that. You cannot possibly count the attrocities, or generalize all americans as worthy to be hated. Also, Just because one of the two is evil does not mean the other one is good. The main difference is that democracy, while not fault-free, is inherently benevolent, while communism, while theoretycally benevolent, is really just stupid. [/offtopic]

And Im quiet sure Stalin was a prick. This does not mean he is antitown here. He was a kommunist leader.

I'm a little hesitant to kick the box out from under Coron and let him hang... but I think it needs to be done. He counterclaimed my role, and ultimately, I can't (and don't) believe him. If he turns up as a cop, I'll have a lot of reconsidering to do... not to mention a lot of self-defense so as to avoid getting lynched. :P
