I'm not seeing the associative as strongly as you are. Kain/Riley's chief sin is a complete irrationality, which makes any kind of reading frustrating. A Siblings scumflip would progress to a Riley lynch though.
I am also taking a break. It's bed time.

I wouldn't call "Coming in to save the day and derail the Siblings wagon" buddying. That sounds a lot more like whiteknighting to me.
Also I believe if you were town you would have followed up "Why do you like votes on you" with "Who do you think scum is on your wagon" or something along those lines.

Fire's push on me is towny.
Trans at the time I thought was scummy but I wanna talk to Frog about Trans cuz he's in a murky middle area for me right now.
Pine's vote on me felt moreso like he's trying to read the room tbh.
