Well, if you want to include Blind Bandits (ISO him and learn what kind of poster he is), there is more than a majority of Theme park (there is also Wraith, Not Known 15, and yes also WhemeStar): In my opinion that I have talked about in posts, this needs to be contained as a district and some nose there needs to be bloodied. Boy, I'm authoritarian sounding. But yeah, I want that kind of President.
