I assume that all of us are subtly manipulating things to push for a better position in the rounds where we personally know that there's a chance the game ends, and I'm pretty willing to gamble that's not round 1. Do I want to win round one? Sure. Am I going to put a lot of extra effort into winning round one when I can instead establish precedent so that the rounds where my winning matters more and the odds are I'll be town are easier? No.
Am I going to attempt to gamesolve publicly, even a little, before we commit to making an elimination? No. Because in the case of both No Yeet and the single IC claim, talking about reads is distinctly antitown as it helps provide scum with a roadmap to nightkills.
