OP says scum get fakeclaimes. But both Eagle's claim and Pie's claim were so off-base that either a) scum didn't get flavorname-to-rolename pairing, or b) decided to not use it. I'm leaning towards a. Ie, I think Eagle's fakeclaim really was "That one game where Mina was scum and didn't giggle", and I think that Pie's fakeclaim really was "Eleven", but then they both fucked it up in terms of relating that to their claimed roles of "Nonconsecutive cop" and "Stupidly long-ass requirement to solo win the game."

your ammo regarding magua is that cdb on d1 checked out for a bit by his "I need a cookie" post which is significant since scum often feel discomfort in vicious tvt fights and that was pretty vicious. danny made it a point to single cdb out on exit<--- not sure what that means! if scummates it was a dumb thing to do cos it decreases the slot's longevity cos surely he should know that it would later be revisited and scrutinized.
