What i confirm is that Eddie was targeted by 1 action and that action wasnt a doc.
So if no one else says they targeted Eddie, then Oka used a not Doc action on Eddie, if someone else targeted Eddie it's possible either Oka or that person is lying about targeting Eddie.

Honestly, I think the fact I was hard clearing RCE, someone who i would say is in top 3 best at reading me either alignment, might have just figured out/took the leap of me seeing him have a gun, and then went for it.
