That was me-cabd asking, not her-ffery asking.
Apparently confused you, apologies.

About miniMB that is.In post 3075, morph the cat wrote:That was me-cabd asking, not her-ffery asking.

No, I know that based on context. I just kinda assume that at some point she read what I said or you two talked about it.In post 3075, morph the cat wrote:That was me-cabd asking, not her-ffery asking.

I can't really talk to Cabd's minimegabyte stuff, other than it's based on why HE gave minimeg some wiggle room as a player in the game and wanting to see if you thought he might be falling into the same error (I think. May have the nuance wrong). In post 3074, Remilia Scarlet wrote:I am getting cold feet on plus. I think he has these weird moments of clarity like 1546 and 2937 that make me think he's thinking about the state of the game as April is presenting it and deciding it's undesirable (especially if April is incorrectly townreading me as +j apparently claims he is). He really has no reason to rock that boat if scum and April is snowed on himIn post 3071, morph the cat wrote:The other is an unease at how you're interacting with PlusJoyed.
On the other hand like his reasons are mostly "i thought x was towny/scummy and therefore they go up/down" and that just seems like a really easy way to just apply any reasoning to a slot that you want to.
But not agreeing on a read? I don't think we were on the same page early game w/ ST either -- why is that different?
I also don't really get the minimegabyte angle you were taking -- cabd knows exactly why I was scumreading that slot and I don't think it's at all relevant to this game so I was a little confused as to what you were even trying to ask me, which is the only interaction you and I really have had on this slot.
what does any of this have to do w/ how I'm interacting w/ plusjoyed? In post 3078, morph the cat wrote:Plusjoy's stances aren't super developed or nuanced. And his current style is coming out more and more as the game progresses. He's being townread by different cohorts in the game, not just single players but these townblocs that are swimming around in the thread. That's an enviable position for a scum player, though possibly scary to a new-ish on, and yet he's pushing it away in terms of cooperating with townreads. I feel like that comes from a town place in a newer player playing what's got to be a complicated game on a social level. It's complicated to me, and I revel in the player list for the most part.
I didn't really expect anyone to get the ST stuff because it's so buried in how notsci and I have interacted over a number of games in the becoming-distant past. What bothered me is not the kind of data that I think you use as data in games. I know zmuffin doesn't. The read has improved dramatically, based on notsci's posting since then. It will be interesting to see where our meta-trajectories go from this game onward.
Your irritability* in interacting with him is to the point of dismissiveness at times. This next is probably an issue entirely inside our own heads: we felt like you were arguing against our read with us a little strongly. But, objectively you should be since you're justifying your read to us when we're pushing them up pretty high in our reads list. (You were mostly discussing with Cabd). Your points were strong enough that our read did fade some. And then we started questioning ourselves if the read-fade was justified or if we're taking your points on board too much.In post 3080, Remilia Scarlet wrote:what does any of this have to do w/ how I'm interacting w/ plusjoyed? In post 3078, morph the cat wrote:Plusjoy's stances aren't super developed or nuanced. I have to admit I felt the exact opposite, like I couldn't really justify my stance to the point that I was internally reconsidering itIn post 3082, morph the cat wrote:we felt like you were arguing against our read with us a little strongly. There's a lot I have to say on this and I think I'd like to save it for out of game unless you think this will give you clarity on the here and nowIn post 3082, morph the cat wrote:irritability*
I've been living without clarity since 2013. you should see my notes PT. neither did i.In post 3084, morph the cat wrote:Which is what I hoped because I don't want to be playing this game with scum-bork.
Did you also write a 10k word essay on why you wanted to be a town neighborizer? In post 3088, Remilia Scarlet wrote:you should see my notes PT. neither did i.In post 3084, morph the cat wrote:Which is what I hoped because I don't want to be playing this game with scum-bork.
It's not the level of detail I would have used when claiming this gameIn post 3086, morph the cat wrote:What do you make of Alisae's 2 letter response to E-1?

i think if i'd have gone into D2 and been given a PT w/ the two of you I'd have assumed that this whole game was an elaborate prankIn post 3089, morph the cat wrote:Did you also write a 10k word essay on why you wanted to be a town neighborizer?
nahIn post 3091, morph the cat wrote:Do you want to give us an end to our suffering?

True. zmuffin may yet get to that reset.Remilia Scarlet wrote:this is usually when the thread gets pretty lively at night, expecting some sort of reactions here in a bit at least
