I imagine he'd resolve a modkill by saying the player in question must be proposed as the lynch for a proposal to be valid, and the slot isn't going to post anymore.
It's sometimes not as punishing a traditional modkill for scum but the idea of modkilling to punish a faction retributively has kind of fallen by the wayside.

Hm actually he should have had to already created a ranking of which roles get included/excluded first for at least some of the days due to the potential for a doc protect adding an extra player.
