I already sent in my night choices to Cthulhu, and pre-chose an allowed insanity in the event that I earn one.

No. The difference is Benmage did try to kill me (or someone else did and ??? and ??) on a night when there was a cult kill.

Congrats on the engagement, btw.
hit wrote:yo spy what happened to you last night

New reference inbound, stay tuned...
Last night? Nothin. Getting the someone tried to kill you I went "BENMAGEEEE" before I even checked the thread. And, THERE, I was greeted with madness that is continuing.

On the plus side it DID help kick me in gear. Attempted murder is better than caffeine.

And if there were some dead cults you KNOW I'd be all for the purge. Just not as it sits.

----

So, again. Killing Furc is terrible. IF, IF this spastic xvart business has to go through at least make it be on someone useful. Jesus I AM A BETTER CHOICE THAN FURC THANKS TO TODAY.

And Furc's 3148 is coming out on the side of trying and lets keep with that. Although STOP TRYING TO LYNCH PEOPLE YOU THINK ARE TOWN.

And that does make nico a great target if you really want to have xvart prove himself.

I swear to God though furc better not be the dead in the morning via murder.

@Spy, I'm talking about how we let Benmage get away with it when he didn't finish off Fate. Also, I only support(ed) the xvart-kill plan because I'm certain xvart is scum and therefore couldn't kill. But since Furc isn't, I retract the support for the plan since it relies on Furc being on board.

And thanks ^^"

If its that certain (which I dont get) then its for lynching not elaborate plans.

If it requires elaborate plans dont do them NOW on "a distraction". Do them on scum.

(No problem. I've made a lot of mistakes in my life, but getting married was the one thing I did right enough to cancel it all out. ;) )

Yup, that's why my vote's on xvart atm, and I'd happily see him go today.

I also agree that we
could
test xvart with the elab-o-plan on scummy candidates, BUT, can't scum mess with it by warding their buddies (i.e. if we come to a consensus about who to stalk)? Otherwise we're relying on xvart picking who to stalk himself (and look how that turned out)

(Very moving words! I've got a lot to look forwards to!)

This is like a microcosm of the grand idea I was batting around that I kept running into this with.

Realistically, if you put a group of 4 out and say "KILL ONE" and, hopefully, there's more than one scum in the set then you're locking down a whole mess of actions.

I dig, but ElG HAS to go. Now. The chance of this being a town lynch is minimal (at WORST I'm betting on murderer).

You're a big old meanie cultbag. I said my night choice is already sent off. I'm on the ball now. I'm now a self-designated hydra meta-supervisor.

Take that.

El G, would that night action be "take part in the ritual" by any chance? You've caused too much WIFOM to keep alive in good faith. If an xvart lynch is a pipe-dream then you're the only one for me.

Okay, everybody. Whoever is willing to vote El G, please pile on. Some people have changed there mind, so I'm not sure if all the people who said they would hammer when it was at L-1 will make up the difference.

Another big yellow creature! Afraid we might lynch one of your fellow cultpals instead of an embattled, feeble-minded townie?

Let me resist the urge to say I told you so. Overton's window is already in action. "I'm totally gonna send in a night action tonight!" For anyone else, this means nothing. But ElG has been so terrible that this is supposed to be a sign of renewed commitment. ElG started off so bad that they can improve from extremely anti-town to merely worthless.
That
is the reason for claiming a n2 cower and picking suicidal.

ElG's new content has been a one-sentence hop back on to a lurker-lynch. That wouldn't be acceptable from anyone. But ElG decided to hit rock-bottom so hard that "I'm gonna vote AND send in actions/take insanities that don't go against the blatantly obvious guide" is better than the status quo. We absolutely cannot - cannot - let cult get away with that.

Furc. I've explained since D1 why I've found El G scum. I've voted him every single day. I explained that he would be getting my vote in my first post back from my V/LA. Take your wagon accusations elsewhere.

Do you genuinely believe I am town, and that I am acting to protect Nico? Or spyrex? or xvart?, or somebody else? or is this just rhetoric.

I know the answer already, but I'm typing this to call you on it.
