Mollie today was different because I couldn't see a scum motivation for not understanding Waffles' clearing of UT, eg, but I can totally understand a scum motivation for not wanting to claim flavor when there's a marked gulf between the flavor in eg Gamma's claim (and my own) vs what Eagle and Pie claimed.
